This interface is available to the client with Premium version of CityAll.
Activate the Premium version to use this interface.
This tool allows you to manage centrally the issues raised by the users of CityAll.
The functionalities provided in the tool are :
Dashboard to manage the issues centrally.
View the issues in card mode with filters for categories etc.
An out of box work flow for management of the issues (Waiting, In Progress, Resolved...).
Send automatic messages to the end user for the issues they have reported.
Management of tasks per category or sub category.
Access to statistics and graphs.
